According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Office on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Industrialization of Key Technologies of Industrial Robots (No. 360, 2015), under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Standards Commission, Certification and Accreditation Administration, China Robot Industry Alliance and other departments, the National Robot Testing and Evaluation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "National Evaluation Center") was established in early 2015.
